My MS project in Sines NUST was "Identification of key taxonomic and metabolic players in the gut metagenome of type 2 diabetes patients.
My expertise are in metagenomics, gut micriobiome interactions, host microbiome interactions, NGS analysis, machine learning, python, Linux, and bash scripting. Currently I am working as geneticist and bioinformatician at zarqa genomics lab where we perform genetic testing for rare genetic disorders.
