Admissions  Spring-2021

M.Phil admission -

Applications are invited from candidates seeking admission to M.Phil in Bioinformatics on regular basis. Admission forms along with relevant documents must reach on or before  08-02-2021.

Admission forms can be downloaded from Website Click here for download. Admissions Forms are not available at QAU Campus. 

The applicants will deposit Rs. 2115/- in any branch of Habib Bank Limited OR Rs.2100/- in any branch of Askari Bank Limited in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

The applicants are advised to deposit the same in Habib Bank Ltd. OR Askari Bank Ltd. (throughout the country with bank charges, non-refundable). 

Bank Challan should be attached with the downloaded Admission forms , Three copies of application on prescribed forms duly supported by the attested Photostat copies of the certificates of academic qualifications, domicile, character, detailed marks, migration (in original) along with 5 (five) passport size photographs and No Objection Certificate from the employer, in case of in-service candidates, should reach the Director of NCB by due date during office hours.

NOTE: The date and time of interview shall be announced by NCB after the test. No separate call up letter for test/ interview will be issued. Hostel accommodation will only be provided, if available. Applications that are incomplete or received after due date shall not be entertained.

Last date for submission of applications is   08-02-2021.

  1. The admission to MPhil programme shall be made on the basis of cumulative merit to be determined from previous academic record, University written subject test and interview;
  2. No separate call letters for test/interview will be issued;
  3. Only the test pass applicants will appear before the interview as per schedule of the department/centre.
  4. The lists of the pass applicants shall be displayed on the notice boards of the department/center .
